CEO is great. He shows his appreciation for your hard work and really wants the best for the company and its employees. Good work life balance. Everyone works as a team. PTO is is better than most companies.

Cons

Communication can be better at times.

Direct manager was great to work with. Opportunities to transition to different roles.

Cons

Senior management lacked providing flexible work arrangements. Other departments were transitioning to remote work part of the time but the senior management for my department refused. She was very old schooled.
