The workload is toxic and when you are not able to keep up with pending in the high 100's and even low 200's you will be written up. You constantly feel like you are going to be fired for not being able to meet unrealistic demands. The turnover rate is high and the company now posts new jobs under the parent company Brown & Brown so management knows what they are doing and they are trying to deceive people of the work environment they will be working in. The benefits are sub par compared to other companies. Your mental and physical health will suffer greatly. HR is not for the employee but rather eagerly dismisses any and all concerns of the toxicity and goes along with the corporate abuse. The claims system is so horrible that it realistically adds 2 to 3 hours a day to your shift due to poor performance. The management staff tries but they end up leaving so you will go through one manager after another. There are blatant violations of licensing yet they will hold you responsible if you don't know all the state's rules and regulations. 100% hostile work environment where any form of humiliation and unprofessional behavior is tolerated and even more so encouraged even by the people in senior level positions. There is absolutely no opportunity for growth and they will leave people in positions when they are in over their head and then blame you for the result. There is more to life than ACM.
