Pros

This review is as full time central staff. If considering a seasonal position with a gov't agency through ACE, they are great! Flexible schedule Cool work Incredible team

Cons

Management is completely disconnected from work force. They're concerned with accolades and looking like they care, but will not actually listen or communicate with employees HR director is actively hostile and does not care about people 100% business focused despite being a non profit Values and mission are nothing more than words on a website
