Pros
I was working whit what I love, drawing furniture, learning about the construction technic.
Cons
The company more or less forced us to work overtime and the drafting department did not get extra paid for the work. People that refused to work extra got eventually fired. That company moved to Mexico so all of us got fired. I knew we were being used but in my case I thought the company was going to grow and I was going to get a better position. I got a big surprise when they were closing down.
