Pros

Flexible start and end times, good option for first entry level position in corporate setting, excellent discount on pet food

Cons

No annual performance reviews, no raises, no options for advancement, no loyalty to good employees or customers, no communication from management, no communication between departments, does not encourage taking time off, understaffed and expected to pick up extra work for no extra pay

Management are bullies. No raises to match economic struggles. Zero incentives It seems they would rather use you up and replace you rather than take care of good employees.
