Pros
You work 8 hours and youre out and if you can get 3 days off if you work weekends or have weekends off if you work the weekdays. Get your foot in the door in the expediting/logistics/transportation business EASILY to move on to better things. Good resume filler
Cons
Management and supervisors smoke or drink after morning shift is done. Managment is completely unprofessional and like another reviewer said usually lets senior staff abuse new staff and disrespect them. Supervisor is disrespectful and clearly had never had experience as a supervisor of any other job experience period. There is no room for advancement really unless you call a .25 for a lead position as advancement. Nationals tends to REACT instead of be proactive when they screw something up. Anyone can get a job here literally if you cannot even turn on a computer you do have a chance! Constant gossip Never one clear and structured way to train someone or information.
