A company with no concept of how to run itself
Pros
It is relatively easy to get promoted within many of the groups due to the attrition problems the organization has. They moved their offices slightly farther away from the bus stops so the odds of getting panhandled or someone trying to sell you crack are a bit lower than they were a few years ago. The Linders throw one heck of a private Christmas party
Cons
The organization accidentally found itself in a profitable position after the 08 market events, they tried to maintain their profitability through a series of destructive culture and process changes. I went through 11 supervisors in 5 years. The company used to have people that had a decade of experience running things on the day-to-day level, now they have mostly newer hires and contractors. This leads to mistakes, errors in judgement and in their industry increases the risk of having regulatory event.
