Pros
Most importantly, I love the positive working environment I'm in daily. I work with an amazing crew, all good vibes, even during the stressful times. I receive the tools and information I need to be the best I can be at my job, and I have the management support when I need it. The family environment we're in is priceless. Definitely room for advancement, and management is aware of the employees who are due for raises and promotions. The owners are awesome folks, who truly care about us.
Cons
We don't have employer contributions towards our retirement plan. Otherwise, I've been here 5 years and I can't think of any cons. I love AFN!
