Communication!! Honesty from management. Tooling needed for jobs. Lack of planning. Terminate employees job only to give their job to someone else a few days later!
There is a great group of people here who are hardworking and eager to grow. Work/life balance is great. 3 weeks vacation
Cons
Medical plan is expensive with a high deductible. The company needs a little diversity. Only 2 females work at the company out of over 100 making it feel somewhat like a fraternity. The talk around the office needs some cleaning up to match the ever-changing times.
