Pros

Positions here are core to the company's operations and not overhead to be cut. Company has been doing well.

Cons

Glassdoor has out-of-date information. This subsidiary was spun off from AIG over a year ago. A staff reduction plan was put in place that employees can volunteer for. They are looking for highly-paid long-timers to take the package and reduce the run rate of expenses.

Pay was decent. I do feel they could have offered more based on experience.

Cons

Someone with 5-10 years experience was paid the same as an entry level candidate. Had/have a high number of layoffs on the Downtown office.
