Pros
Most coworkers were pleasant and easy to get along with. Day‑to‑day environment was generally calm. Got a broad mix of information and experience, some of which was helpful. There was a lot of helpful field coordination items that I did learn there that I still use later in my career.
Cons
Significantly below‑market pay for early‑career professionals. I was started 20% below market rate, and when I left for a market rate offer, I was 22% below market rate. During my time here, I held several early‑career project coordination and technical support roles. Professional development was limited, and my responsibilities didn’t evolve in a meaningful way over the years. The workspace arrangement wasn’t ideal for early‑career development. Compensation and career growth opportunities lagged behind industry standards, and overall the experience wasn’t very fulfilling. The people themselves were pleasant, but the structure and environment didn’t support long‑term career progression.
