Toxic work environment and too much gossip among the teams. Some people just want to work, do a good job and then go home. People there just talked crap about everyone it was discouraging

- Management is racist and they believe only their white employees deserve to make good money - Management is click-ish and has zero communication skills -They over promise and under deliver on purpose because they're trained liars - The commission calculation is almost always wrong and they put it on you to prove it and they refuse to correct it. - They steal your PTO or just flat out deny your time off - They refuse to send the proper paperwork after letting you go -They do things to purposely cause financial hardship for you like withholding your W2 or incorrectly reporting your income to the IRS - I could go on but I'll stop there
