Although both of my supervisors were skilled and professional, I found it challenging to gain my first managers trust to help her with her workload and hard to communicate with the second manager.

The favoritism is in your face. So many people report to their parents... so many don't know how to do their job (thank you nepotism)! Very unfair and unprofessional. No yearly raises unless you are a favorite. Bad communication.
