1. Give way too much work to employees 2. Extremely snobby internal culture which turns off large segments of the potential donor base 3. Unwieldy expectations on all employees 4. Salaries are LOW. It is next to impossible to get any time of raise or promotion- the smallest raise can take years. Not a place to build your career long term. Great mission, but good intentions do not pay the bills. Management is largely out of touch with what the organization actually does. Staff have been stuck in crisis management mode for a year, which is taking a toll on its staff.
