      Pros

      Some of the managers are very kind and helpful. The students are generally fun to teach! The culture is amazing! The company apartments come semi-equipped and are convenient. Franchise schools were generally a great experience; branch teaching, not so much.

      Cons

      Working for franchise schools involved a lot of (long) commuting. Scheduling was sometimes gruelling. Good teachers had way more hours than the not so good teachers but everyone got the same salary.
