Not very many pros. They like to give pizza sometimes.

Cons

Very unprofessional work environment. No PTO, no 401k for a year. No sick pay. High turnover rate. Very toxic and cliquey. Trial-by-fire environment.

Management needs serious help. The CEO is great; local managers are petty and clickish. HR is a joke; nothing like a corporate, professional office.
