Pros

Truly a much needed program for the struggling business owner who just can't seam to get ahead with the current way things are being done at his or her company. The product is something one who markets to the business owner can feel confident what they are selling is viable and the latest way to turn a profit, if only the owner will swallow their ego and let them HELP!

Cons

Guaranteed 8-10 appointments a week doesn't happen? Real world 1 or 2 appointments a day or 5-7 a week. When you are told you will get 8-10 in order to sell 1. The math will add up every 2 weeks. Don't provide a base salary, or not even a draw? You need to get 40 appointment a month in order to make a living by the company standards 4 sales a month. It's just not there?

Pros

Excellent Training. You learn about the workings of a business but it is sad that it is at the expense of hard working business owners who get sucked into empty promises.

Cons

Lots of travel. High pressure sales tactics. Unethical behavior from key leadership roles within organization, including the founder. Constant pressure to sell. No benefits, 50 to 60 hour work weeks, pay is low and falsely advertised. Constant changing of pay which is based on percentage collected, per assignment. Some clients do not pay, causing delays in pay, or not getting paid. You take the risks, the company collects all the benefits.

So much potential

Pros

Opportunity to gain experience working with low and mid sized companies owners.

Cons

Product offered by AMS is not what it appears to be or what we told to sell. Many clients are unhappy with results. As a Regional Director, this was not a lucrative opportunity. Appointments were spread out all over. Long days. Poor quality leads. Appointment setters did a horrible job setting up our appointments. Clients had no clue why we were there. Not sure if this was the telemarketers fault or the companies. High turnover. Very difficult to make any serious money here. If you want some experience in working with small business owners, might be worth a try. In retrospect, I wish I would have passed on this company.
