These people are crazy lmao , so racist but refuses to acknowledge anything. They think they’re doing something huh. Sold my soul here, not worth the mental trauma in my body, tread very carefully. Diversity? I think you mean diversify, extraction, and illusion. Not a disgruntled employee, loved the WORK w clients, company was trash.

Good mission, but they can't execute it

Cons

- Lies to clients and employees, which HARMS INCARCERATED PEOPLE! They are NEVER able to keep contracts. The CBO is good at attracting business, but the products are never good enough to keep it, so they fix that by overworking low-level staff. Clients are constantly unhappy, and guess who that falls on? Middle management and below. - Keeps employees in upper management who have no idea what they are doing - Low pay - Little to no room for growth

interesting and unusual work, some high quality coworkers

Cons

stock only available for some people (not offered to younger, POC or female employees), potential to work with ICE,a lot of unheard requests for more information, etc.
