Very open, honest environment Upper management doesn't act like they're better than you Managers are very supportive Unlimited overtime Great benefits package, including Aflac Great training Guaranteed base Fantastic commissions brackets

Cons

The base rate may be difficult for some people to live on until they start making more commission

Unlimited overtime and commission potential. Friendly, helpful, and generous staff. Company is committed to improvement in both technology and practices. Plenty of tools in place for newer employees to earn commissions early.

Cons

Not for everyone. Someone who wants collect a paycheck while doing the minimum will not enjoy it, nor will they earn.
