Pros
No pros. Money is all they care about and finishing the job as quick as possible is all they care about because that only benefits them not you and they'll use you like a slave to get it. With that said they really don't care about you or who you are as a person. There is no career to be made here at all. All is vanity with this "company".
Cons
All cons. You have to use your own car to drive to where ever we're working. You sweat in your clothes until you are completely soaked (bring spare clothes) and towels so you don't ruin your own car. Apparently boss man doesn't like it when you drink to much water, I guess I shouldn't of worked as hard to actually get things done but go figure if you don't work hard you wont get anything done so you drink all the water you want cause if you didn't you'd be dead thats for sure from all the back breaking work you would be required to do. You are replaceable but without slave workers they wouldn't be a "company" and to who ever is replacing you they will just found out the hard way that they to are replaceable...11 an hour is under paying for the amount of work that I did here and if you're driving your own care putting miles and using gas 11 an hour is completely under paying. Don't waste your time. Find a job that will benefit you and that you can some what enjoy and get paid right.
