Pros

Team based atmosphere. Great coworkers, always willing to help out. No micro-managing of your projects. The company has been around for a long time and there's still quite a bit of long term employees here.

Cons

Though a majority of the people you run into appreciate change for the better not everyone is a "team" player, which could be discouraging.

Pros

I have been working at American Seating for most of my career, spanning a few decades, and feel accomplished and rewarded. If you are looking for a place to make an impact in a team-based culture, I would like to work with you.

Cons

The company has a rich history, but was forced to sell off some under-performing business segments in the late twenty-teens. Now focused exclusively on transportation seating the company is much smaller but thriving again.

Not many, except even though the plant is mismanaged they seem to still make enough to keep afloat.

Cons

Executives treat management like crap, they treat the hourly employees like crap.
