Pros

There is a dr who is in office part time and very nice. They give you free food that is sometimes good.

Cons

Where do I start? Everything they say is a LIE. *No work life balance!! They expect you to work 7-7:30 M-F and weekends as well at the drop of a hat. Scheduled hours are 8-5, but usually around 5:05 they inform you that you're staying late, but won't tell you how long. Any kind of excuse, no matter how valid, and you're labelled as "sneaky and shady". If working at a shady, unethical company that underpays you is not your #1 priority, then better keep looking. *2-3 hours of homework and call reviews are also mandatory every night. *No breaks *You basically have work and work-related tasks 7 am to 11 at night. Good luck trying to lead a balanced life with any sort of social aspect. *12 hour days *Eat your provided lunch at your desk or have something delivered *Occasionally get maybe 30 mins for lunch *Harassed every time you don't make a sale *Sell people plans that don't fit their needs *No matter how little money the person has you are expected to make the sale *Commission takes months to start *Must meet your draw, before earning commission. So essentially you get your base or 100% commission. But they won't tell you this beforehand. *They limit your calls, unless you are a team lead. Which makes it near impossible to make enough deals for commission. *Most of your "inbound leads" are a line that automatically disconnects the second you answer or someone who is not even interested in insurance. *When you dial out, your number shows up to the potential customers as "Potential Spam" because it is... *Everyone has a different answer for everything. Absolutely no consistency. It makes it very hard to learn what the correct methods for this job are. *No one wears masks. Everyone is maybe 6 inches apart. You stay even if you have been exposed to covid or have a fever. *Extremely hostile environment. Employees will be cursed and screamed at out of nowhere. *Cult-like *No company culture whatsoever, except maybe hazing. *No HR department *If you take any complaints to them, they tell you that you can leave *Not allowed to have any other engagements (ex: second job, school, or even a family) *Terrible base pay *Randomly force people to sign contracts under distress, essentially taking away their rights *Very manipulative *F rating on Better Business Bureau. (Wish I had seen that before taking this job) *Google rating is fairly high, but the employees are the ones leaving the ratings as customers. *BEWARE!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I quit to work at a restaurant while looking for something new, because I get paid better as a server and don't have to be treated like a misbehaving cult member.

Pros

None, Literally None. zero. nothing.

Cons

1. Owner is a liar. He tells everyone you're here to build a book of business and become rich like him in the industry, but he's really just pocketing off of all his employees hard work. 2. There is no HR team. They hire young kids out of college preferably with no insurance experience so they won't know how it works. The owner pockets residuals and puts you in a draw system on the lowest salary possible and then expects you to work 60-70 hours a week to grind for your commission check. 3. Every day the owner convinces you you're going to become rich and the company is going to keep growing, but they have had more people quit during my time here then they have hired. People here find out quick that this place is a scam and whatever you do... don't fall for it.
