You can set as many leads as you want and none will go through. Suddenly after you quit, all your leads start to reschedule and the company doesn't have to pay you for finding the lead. I worked there the longest out of my wave of new hires, and as each team member left, suddenly the leads they set in the past would start going through and management tried to make it seem like a coincidence. Any appointment you set will get cancelled by the call center who follows up right after you step away from the potential customer. You have to keep track of your own hours because if you don't, they will try to pay you less than you worked. Save yourself time and aggravation, just find a real job. If it sounds too good to be true, it's because it is.
