Pros

I'd like to think there are some, but really none.

Cons

Leadership team runs around in circles led by a clueless CEO. Can't leave soon enough. Ugh!

Pros

Great work life balance. If you happen to work with a good team they become like family.

Cons

The company is absolutely terrible, they expect employees to keep taking on more and more work without compensation but yet, can't understand why people leave for other opportunities. We have had continuous years of restructuring where key individuals have been let go, yet we keep hiring more people for our pointless HR and Marketing teams. The company is so top heavy and all they do is delegate more an more work on actual employees who keep the business running. The demands and expectations from Japan are unreal and has pushed us in a direction we can't come back from.
