Good place to work if willing to be accountable for your actions

Pros

they want to give employees opportunity to advance if employees are willing to work and be accountable and if employee has positive attitude. If employee is negative or doesn't like to be given advice on how to be better employee then they wouldn't want to work here.

Cons

no dental insurance or 401K. Should be a little more supervision for people that don't have a set place to be.

We have new management, and new location. We have made a few changes that were positive, and excited to see what the future holds.

I being a patient employee to see what comes in store, before I have cons.
