Can't think of many cons

Bad company culture. Toxic workplace environment. Employees throw each other under the bus to save their skin from bad management. Broken office chairs, dirty office, no drinking water. Management does not care about the employees and throw insults at employees. No growth culture. No annual salary raises. Education benefits only exist on paper. They'll deny any education/certification requests. Expect to constantly work after hours for no over-time. Management force employees to lie to clients to save company's image.
