You can learn a lot from this place. My manager is patient, friendly, and willing to teach if you don't know about something. The company offers average salary, but you will get a raise if you work hard. They also provide lunch on Mon, Wed, and Friday. CEO and CFO cares about their employees.

Cons

They have a lot of outsourcing staff which may cause job insecurity at some points.
