Good company to work for, benefits are pretty good. Company good about letting employees take time off and taking care of personal business even on work time.

Cons

Salary is middle of the road for this size of a company.

Great products and good agent support. Always innovative and cutting edge with the new trends in the financial marketplace.

Cons

Did not have the same brand notoriety or recognition as other companies. Assets under management is growing but not on par with the big players in the space.
