Pros
-inside sales, allow you to hone your conversation skills -a work from home initiative is being developed -repetitive sales points and conversations with students -you get to represent state schools
Cons
-swing shift hours can be unpredictable depending on manager -they constantly change the compensation metrics so they don't have to honor their promises -they are not loyal and I saw the management team implement strategies to terminate the tenured call staff -managers have are adopting a call center/sweat shop mentality -they did not follow six month review guidelines -management is neither open to feedback nor do they share information about the collective success of the teams -it is an unhealthy organization from the top down
