Very unproductive atmosphere. No employee support or recognition. No solid evaluation system. No stabilit a all, the can hire u Today and after six months to be out. Do no expect merit increases or promotion.

- free coffee - subsidized food and dough nuts (absolutely nothing other than the above two)

Cons

- below standard salary (HR tries to low ball/exploit you as much as they can) - no diversity (almost entire staff belongs to one nationality) - low skill level employee and management - high bureaucracy (nothing happens without the intervention of sr. management) - Extremely high attrition with employee jumping the ship on a regular basis - no idea what product management is ( the leadership has no idea what product management is) - chaos at the top; insecure management - zero work life balance due to working on the same thing again and again
