- Best part of Americana Mohali is it’s culture - Flexible work environment (no WFH but timings wise no one bothers you and during emergencies HR and managers both are supportive in providing remote options) - It’s office location is in the heart of Mohali city - Packages are competitive - Full fun and engagement (every thursday fun activities) - For development of employees coursera licenses - Salary always on time on the last day of the month - Company has good budget, the best HR Team - Some idiots are false blaming the comoany and it’s budget as they have joined from Google. A message to them - go back to where you belong. Our company doesn’t need you. Especially if you find Diwali vala post - what a chat gpt copy paste. Should feel ashamed of writing such things about company who pays you. Anyways, ignore you’ll find such people in each company
