A standout quality of this company is its large number of women, fostering a friendly, inclusive, and team-oriented atmosphere that makes work enjoyable. Most employees are kind and hardworking.

Cons

Overtime opportunities are limited and work schedules can change on short notice, making personal planning difficult. Favoritism is also a concern, as many employees are related, which may influence how people are treated.

However we have had a change in ownership and management from when you worked for our company and continue to be one the areas top companies that candidates can't wait to work for. We continue to have one of the areas best benefit offerings and a work life balance schedule that beats other plants in the area!
