Pros

Friendly employees. Good products. Flexible work schedule. A place to get a paycheck.

Cons

Morale is very low due to a tyrannical CEO that micro manages every aspect of the business, doesn't care about the employees one bit and doesn't trust them. Compensation is below average for the industry throughout the company perhaps for the exception of sr. management. There are no raises. They eliminated the bonus program for all intensive purposes by making it unattainable. Managers in the group I was in have no business managing people. They have little to no experience in outside sales and are unable to see anything from a customer's perspective. There are also no growth opportunities here.

Pros

Flexible Schedule, easy commute, employees are very friendly and helpful

Cons

No perks, use to have company parties/picnics/meetings, employees are left in the dark of what is going on, lots of layoffs, salary freezes, no appreaciation for hard work and dedication, upper management only cares about themselves.

Unprofessional senior management team

Pros

There is some nice equipment in the plant and some very good support personnel. Good work life balance

Cons

Senior management is very unprofessional and seeks to drive a culture of fear and retribution. No career growth or development unless you have relationships outside of work with key business leaders. Many key personnel have left the company becuase of the work environment, leaving key roles filled by people who may not have the experience or education to do the job right. Poor loyalty to customers.
