You'll get to try new things, seeing as people get fired at random and other employees are expected to pick up the slack.
Cons
You never know who is going to be fired next or why. They'll hire obnoxious employees who stick their noses in everyone else's business and keep them on for months but fire great people after just a week or two.

We operate ethically, fairly and respectfully with respect to employees, clients, vendors, suppliers and others with which we conduct business. We also encourage congeniality and build teamwork.

Fast-paced environment, knowledge of the industry, opportunity to work with a lot of programs/softwares
Cons
Little to no HR, atmosphere that can be offensive and rude at times, environment does not foster questions or learning- people consistently assume questions are loaded or have ulterior meanings, very hard to disconnect outside of work
