      Flexible and easy to move up

      Cons

      Your commision checks are never accurate. They Also never respond on time. When an issue is presented they make promises to fix issues which by law should not even be happening and theres no accountability for anything

      I believe you must be reviewing Ameritel T-Mobile not Ameritel Corporation. We are a copier company based out of Rockville, MD. Is this correct? If so, can you please attach your review to the correct company?

      Pros

      Good benefits, hardworking staff, parts no problem ordering, supplies OEM, offer training, honor most holidays.

      Cons

      Terrible owner who thinks he is GOD. They don't take suggestions and you are just a low class employee. Its all about titles at this company. Do not look for bonuses because you won't get one. Low morale with employees. Everyone hates their job. They will issue you a phone and put a location device to track you. You are now required to put a device in your car for tracking. This company sucks. Owner goes around yelling at employees. If you leave owner won't speak to you.

      They invest a lot of money in benefits. They provide you all the parts and supplies needed to get the job done.

      Cons

      You don’t have a voice when it comes to suggestions. Owner treats you like crap. Watch service techs in the field all day with apps. They trace your every move
