Pros

Amicus Recruitment is a genuinely exciting place to work. The culture is collaborative, ambitious, and supportive, making it a fantastic environment to grow both personally and professionally. During my time leading the European contract division, I was given real autonomy to shape strategy, build a team, and make an impact. While having strong backing from leadership and direct communication with the directors and founders.

Cons

The business moves quickly, so it may feel fast-paced at times but if you enjoy working in a dynamic, high-growth environment, this is a real positive.

Pros

Offices are pretty clean and tidy

Cons

Managers run hot and cold. There always having arguments in the meeting rooms making everyone uncomfortable. Seems like lots of people leave after they join so you don't really know who will go next and then when that happens nothing is said about it and you just kind of find out from someone after that which I thought was unusual cos in other companies theyd say something in an email at least. The days feel really long and in the US team they say that they give a 4 day week but then they make the shifts like 11 hours per day so you can only leave when it's really late and dark and then they email you on your days off or send text messages which is really stressful

Pros

- Best-in-class Recruitment Technology - Great bespoke Learning & Development. Constantly upskilling you with Classroom sessions, Group Discussions, 121s, Desk Coaches & Role Plays. - Rewarding Environment - Positive, supportive culture, with regular non-performance based Socials. - Dynamic Management who've helped pivot and guide the business through a difficult period in the Tech Recruitment industry. - Good Comp. Structure with achievable and realistic targets.

Cons

Very few cons from my time here. Maybe basic Salaries could be marginally higher across the board, but recruitment is not a career you choose for a basic salary.
