      Management is HORRIBLE!

      Pros

      Flexible hours, good pay, and lots of desk space with 2 monitors to make it easier to multi-task.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. Degrading when you ask questions and there is no type of training what so ever.

      High Turnover Rate. Abusive Culture.

      Strict 40-hour schedule for most employees; managers work 45 hours per week.

      Cons

      High turnover rate. Lack of stability. The leadership team is essentially all family members, most of whom work part time. Nepotism has adverse effects on the company's atmosphere; lowers employee morale overall.
