      Good atmosphere, no progression

      Pros

      Great people to work with, company culture and location. Good pay package for the area.

      Cons

      Product management weighing the whole company down by not doing the basic research on what customers want; pressing ahead with solutions "just because others are doing them". Amino stopped innovating a long time ago which is reflected in their current performance. Lack of career prospects in customer support - too management heavy.

      Quite relaxed working environment. Opportunity for a young grad to learn a diverse range of skills. Management is open to conversation and propositions from employees.

      Cons

      Too much disruption and change of scope to keep focused on a given project. Teams and projects organisation lacks of clarity and vision.
