Pros
It gives a good jump over your existing salary and they don't deduct PF, so in hand salary is good
Cons
- Its a complete Lala organisation - You get the salary on 7 of next month - Abusive language is used to address people and management behaviour is very rough and rude - If you protest to their behaviour/language, they will fire you........ - Most of the employees are fired from this organisation because of above mentioned protest - When you leave the organisation on your own, these people neither do your full & final settlement nor issue any relieving letter - Its 6 days week organisation with no cab facilities - It is being operated from owner farm house, that means you never get the feeling as if you are working in an organisation... - overall hygiene conditions are really bad in cafeteria , toilets, work station etc. - Especially in cafeteria, seating capacity is limited to 15 to 20 people for a staff of 326 people. Consequently, people keep on looking on to you and your plate, so once you complete your lunch, they can hijack your chair to start their lunch and same approach you would have to follow, when you enter the cafeteria. Plates, bowls, spoons etc. are always wet , therefore, you have to wipe of the water off them through tissue paper. - In toilets, mostly you don't find tissue paper... - In rainy season, water falling off the ceiling is normal feature.......
