Pros
I worked there for a while and they had a great atmosphere. Fun colleagues and high design standards.
Cons
A few years ago several women were being sexually harassed by the same person. One woman spoke up and he was suspended for one week. When he came back they tried to force her to work with him again. She had to quit so she won't have to. Managment has always claimed we were are a family and we support each other. Where was that support when the women working here needed it?
