      You won’t see your salary unless you’re doing OT and that’s rare at times.

      Amazing co worker when changing shift

      Cons

      Barely any communication with other parts of building. You won’t get any client updates or any notifications for any work events. It also took me a year just to fight for an extra $1 (going from $17 to $18) I even asked for $19 or $20 to compensate for my long drives but all they could do was “$1” if the job market wasn’t so bad I would have been gone already. You park in a parking garage which you have to pay your own toll with a rare chance of reimbursement ($40-$42 a month) Good for company bad for wages

      They are fast at responding when there are issues with software or work equipment. If you do not understand any information that you are processing, your coworker/supervisor are there to aid you until you are satisfied. Friendly and Homely feeling

      Relaxed environment with great coworkers. Middle management is well educated and hard workers.

      Senior management has lost touch with their employees and no longer communicate important information.
