I've worked at Amnet for a number of years. There certainly have been some down times as mentioned in the other reviews. However, most of those were related to the attitudes of the employees more than management. And, like the saying goes, one bad apple can truly spoil the whole bunch. Present day, the team that is on-staff is all tops. The environment is typically relaxed and management is approachable and open to suggestions for improvement. Focus is on delivering the best service we can to our clients and being as responsive as possible. Ownership truly cares about their team and encourages a healthy work/life balance. Employees are encouraged to recognize each other for accomplishments and going above and beyond. Communication within the technical team is regular and consistent. I'd stress that this is a good place to work and you'd be remiss if you chose to not apply to work at Amnet.

I enjoy working at Amnet, it is the best job I have ever had. There are countless positives, like being part of a family, a fun, laid back atmosphere that is both open and collaborative, good pay, plus great benefits which include profit sharing which is almost unheard of these days. Teamwork is very important and there is support from everyone in the office, from the CEO to the administrative assistant. Starting at the very top all the way through the team, the people are the best I’ve ever worked with. Lots of perks, extra pay for being on call, kudos given in gift cards, catered breakfasts, and free lunches when we are super busy. Daily opportunity to enhance skills, paid training, and a huge bonus once certification is obtained. There are quarterly lunches with the CEO where opinions can be voiced and ideas welcome. Our guard dog, Achilles is really sweet and he has a big personality. Did I mention the awesome coffee bar?? Great work and life balance. Amnet invests in their employees and want them to succeed. We have won the Colorado Springs Business Journal’s “Best IT Support” company for 9 years now. Challenged, surrounded by amazing people, and motivated to be my best. I love coming to work!
