      Dishonest and selfish business.

      A lot of the employees in the business are good people.

      Cons

      Lying upper management who only care about themselves. Didn’t pay owed and promised commission to a number of staff after they were abruptly let go. A number of Employees were used right up to the final days of their probation period with no intention of keeping them on. Lack of support from upper management & marketing on any go-to-market efforts. Unprofessional HR department who flat out don’t do their jobs.

      Central office next to Barangaraoo Great people to work with Awesome innovative products to sell to direct and agency clients

      MASSIVE boys club in leadership You will only succeed if you brown nose your manager and work insanity hours Minimal work life balance Culture fueled by drunken gossip No career discussions or progression - good for 12-18 months before leaving for somewhere better Sole focus is money money money. If you do a rubbish job for your team but show your driving revenue from sales, youll get away with murder Expect long hours

      Horrible management, worked in Amobee Melbourne. Unsupportive management. Specially the AR spealist. Negative experience over all. No work life balance.
