The products are fantastic, best in the business! Sales team is made up of an amazing group of intelligent sales professionals that all get along incredibly well. It is rewarding working in an industry where you feel like you are helping people.
Cons
Where should I start. Company culture and moral is horrible. Corporate headquarters runs with a heavy fist from Germany. They have unrealistic expectations and aren’t willing to listen to what the US market needs. They have alienated their customer base and caused a lot of animosity. Unprofessional work environment where emails are rarely answered and there is little to no accountability for support roles to the sales force. Back orders are horrible and changes to compensation plan have been extremely negative even for top reps in a short time period leaving many reps feeling lied to about their compensation potential when they were hired. Middle management is under high pressure with no ability to fix what is needed to grow the business causing for an extremely high turn over. Sales force is intelligent, diverse and dynamic but corporate clearly doesn’t appreciate any of their employees. Clearly having cash problems with popular products being discontinued, no catalogs available and cutting corners every way possible. Bonus for reps changed from quarterly to annual compensation so company can keep the cash as long as possible and come up with every possible reason in the world not to pay their reps. The industry is declining and most of their customers are not business professionals.
