      Thank you for your feedback about Ampco Manufacturers. I am sorry that your experience with the company was not a positive one. I would like to say that based on the results of our recent Employee Satisfaction & Engagement Survey, the company understands that there is room to improve and is committed to doing so. This includes a market survey of wages (which was recently completed), leadership training and development (beginning this February 2016), as well as improve communication company wide (in progress). Furthermore, I am sorry that you are unable to find anything positive about your time at Ampco, whether about your colleagues or about the company-sponsored events and charitable donations. On behalf of the company, our Human Resources Manager would welcome the opportunity to speak with you further about your experiences and ideas for improvement.

      No Respect or care for the employees

      Pros

      Large Corporation with lots of resources, before everyone started leaving.

      Cons

      Low pay, gossip and rumours in all departments, finger pointing, baseless accusations with no accountability, mental manipulation and intimidation, no HR department, lack of knowledge in all departments, long term employees all leaving, upper management pretends to listen to their employees with no movement, everyone is out for themselves...I could go on. If you think you can help them change, then work here, otherwise, move on to the next opportunity.

      Overworked and underpaid

      - was seriously underpaid, as are most of the other employees - was expected to do way more work than job description. When I asked for a raise, I was not given a raise but was told that I should be happy to get job experience
