Pros
- The main reason why someone would want to work here would be because of the quality of people, the ethical values that are used on a day-to-day basis and the amazing relationship with your colleagues. - Work-wise, you never stop learning. New technologies from software development to architectural design and a huge etc. in-beetween, EV-industry related theory and active partnerships that makes cutting-edge tech available for development are just an every day thing. - Salary is competitive and really reflects the amount of responsibilities and expertise you contribute to the team with.
Cons
Not necessary "cons", but definitely points consider: - Business logic is hard. Electrical vehicle industry (and in general, energy industry) is complex. On boarding process helps a lot while grasping the basics of the product(s), but getting there takes time. - Start-up work rhythm might not be for everybody. We are working in a fast-paced industry. Time constraints and scheduling are well organized within the company, but still involves continuous delivery.
