      The hands on employees were friendly. If you like to travel you will have that opportunity. Tuition reimbursement is a plus.

      Cons

      Lack of Leadership. Lack of strategy. Lack of communication from the top. Divisions do not play well with each other. No opportunities for career advancement.

      -Incredibly high turnover rate -HR team is really "corporate" resources - they mainly fight for the company more than for you -Extremely uncompetitive salary and benefits - their competitors almost guarantee you a higher salary -Extremely cliquey groups with lots of petty gossiping
