This is THE WORST company to work for. I had a high paying transcription job through a well known hospital and when they chose to eliminate their transcription department I followed the hospital's work to Amphion. Biggest mistake ever! It started out decent enough but as soon as they merged with iMedX the pay and benefits went downhill big time. I made more money working 20 hours at my part time job than I did working full time for Amphion. Out of the blue they informed me that I wasn't producing enough (my stats had stayed the same for well over a year prior to them doing anything) and dropped my status to Independent Contractor which meant I got paid less, lost my benefits and within a month they had terminated all of their independent contractors. I never felt valued as an employee and hated every minute working there. Avoid working for Amphion like the plague!!!!

Keep lowering pay per line. Much employee turnaround. Few part-time benefits
