Pros

completely remote, tons of freedom, you can work from anywhere in the world and you get paid time off. the workload is light and there are lots of people to help you learn. Chris Munch is a solid guy who works hard, means well, and has great ideas.

Cons

no real employee agreement, you are a contractor with no employment rights or benefits, highly combative environment, and they are literally draining their 'users' of their money. borderline MLM, cult following vibes. it's hard to watch. job is constantly changing and fraught with contradictions. the men on my team were free to no-show meetings and phone in their roles, but when I was literally in hospital (still kept working, by the way), I was told my absenteeism was becoming a pattern. when I asked for support near the end, I was told to "go above and beyond" to prove my commitment. also their commission structure is a joke - the 70k earning potential is a flat out lie.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It was unfortunate that you were not a fit for our team and had to let you go during your trial, but wish you the best in your future career. Understandably when someone is let go (or declined for a job) they can be frustrated, and its usually where any negativity comes from in the majority of cases. But we always read these comments, and look for ways to do better. There are some inaccuracies here in this review: - We do have a HR department, and a legal team. - Nobody is free to no-show meetings, but as a remote team we are flexible. - There's no double standards based on gender or race. Everyone is held to same standard. - We've been in business over a decade and have countless success stories, and positive reviews from our clients. - The workload is not light as described as a 'pro' in this review. There's plenty of work to do.

Pros

- Flattened hierarchy that blurs the lines between the different levels of the departments - Big emphasis on mentoring and coaching the impacts life outside of work as well as inside - Lots of room for input and influence, even from an entry-level position

Cons

- New-ish company so fewer structures in place that you might enjoy from larger companies such as perks, social/sports side etc. - The company is mainly remote so there are not many opportunities for travel - Still retains some 'start-up' feel qualities where things are often quite chaotic and disorganised

Pros

Unlimited personal development opportunities, have been allowed time to take self development courses. Continued sales development training, I have weekly team and 1-1 reviews where I’m fully supported. Huge commission potential and company growth potential. Young and vibrant team, very much a work hard play harder atmosphere!

Cons

This is definitely an intense role, but you get out what you put in. Remote working, can be a pro or a con for some people. Regularly company meet-ups are paid for though so you still very much get the social element.
