1.) The leadership is really supportive and open to new ideas, which makes it easy to share suggestions and grow. 2.) I’ve had the chance to learn a lot about the IT services space and how to approach clients in different markets. 3.) The work culture is flexible, and there’s a good balance between work and personal life. 4.) Efforts and achievements are recognized, which keeps me motivated.

Cons

1.)Since it's still growing, the brand is not as well-known, which sometimes makes lead generation a bit tough. 2.)A bit more training on the latest tools or outreach techniques would make things even better.
